On-boarding Classes

On-boarding Classes will provide individualized instruction to teach the fundamental movements of CrossFit - giving you a foundation to crush your health goals in a safe and effective manner. Each class ends with a workout :)

On-boarding classes are offered Monday - Thursday at 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM - each day covering different movements. All new members must complete each of the 4 classes before attending any additional CrossFit classes


Mondays: Squats


Tuesdays: Shoulder Presses
